Offering fine baked goods through our retail bakery and custom orders

 

Deda’s Custom Cakes are available in a wide variety of sizes and delicious flavors.  All our cakes are made in-house – from scratch. We use quality ingredients including King Arthur flours, Penzey’s Cocoa, Nielsen-Massey Vanilla and other fine extracts, and a variety of chocolates including Callebaut, E. Guittard, Valrhona, and Scharffen Berger.  We use real butter cream frosting or cream cheese frosting on our cakes. 

 

All prices include your choice of flavor and frosting.  The price also includes writing and border piping.  We can add edible flowers for a small additional fee.  We use a 13x9 pan for our “1/4 sheet cakes” which is actually a bigger size than the traditional ¼ sheet pan.  Our half sheet cakes are baked in a traditional half sheet pan, which will yield 24-36 servings.  We can also bake double layer cakes – with or without mousse filling.  Please call for pricing.

Frostings – we offer a variety of frostings depending on the flavor of the cake.  Chocolate Butter Cream is our favorite, hands-down!  We also have Vanilla Butter Cream, Mocha Butter Cream and Cream Cheese Frosting.
