Originally founded in 1984, Say Cheese Cheesecakes Bakery offers delicious cheesecakes in a variety of flavors. Deda’s Fine Baked Goods recently acquired Say Cheese Cheesecakes and continues to offer cheesecakes made with fresh, quality ingredients. We use the same recipes for the Original Cheesecake and several flavored cheesecakes. We have expanded this line to include our Over The Top cheesecakes which use premium liquors and chocolate in a variety of decadent combinations. We also offer Cheesecakes for One and Cheesecake Samplers—four miniature cheesecakes in different flavors that are ideal for someone who wants to try something new. |

Original Cheesecake—7” New York style cheesecake made with all natural cream cheese, eggs, flour and vanilla on a graham cracker, almond and butter crust. Topped with a sour cream, sugar and vanilla topping. 16 For our Classics Line of cheesecakes we begin with the Original recipe and add fruit, chocolate, spices and other natural flavorings. Price for a 7” Classics Line Cheesecake is 18 Price for 10” cheesecake is 32 Raspberry Swirl—real raspberries are gently folded in our Original recipe. Topped with the same sour cream, sugar and vanilla topping. Key Lime—perfect for summer, this refreshing cheesecake has just the right amount of Key Lime juice. Topped with sour cream topping. Chocolate Marble—Callebaut chocolate swirled throughout our Original recipe. No topping. Chocolate Chip—E. Guittard chocolate chips are added to our Original Cheesecake. The chips settle to the bottom during baking, which yields “two-layer effect”...chocolate on the bottom with a creamy layer of cheesecake on top! Topped with Sour Cream topping. Chocolate-Mint—just the right blend of premium Callebaut chocolate and mint flavor...perfect for those who love Andes chocolate mints! No topping. |

Fudge Swirl—when the amount of chocolate in our Chocolate Marble is just not enough...try our Fudge Swirl made with extra Callebaut chocolate—very rich! Topped with Sour Cream Topping. Turtle Cheesecake—if you enjoy caramel, chocolate and pecans this is the cheesecake to try!
